Keeping track of MkUltragirl is a lonely dirty job but someone has to stalker

(2023) Yes the Ellen Atkin story needs to be told. I'll have a go. It begins in Quebec where she was born in April 1962 - to parents who were both patients of Dr Ewen Cameron who abandoned his practice in 1963 when he submitted his resignation and eventually left McGill under a cloud of disgrace. Many lives hung in the balance and many of his victims never recovered. Six months later John F. Kennedy was shot, the CIA shut down Cameron's lab and Cameron moved back to Albany where he died while mountain climbing. It was a turning point for many of his victims. The Atkins moved back to southwestern Ontario, which became Canada's new MKULTRA hub. While Ruth was a late Boomer, Ellen and her brother were neglected, abused, Generation X kids -- all three going in and out of social services and institutions while their mother lay in bed and their father hobnobbed with the likes of Marshall McLuhan. Chosen at age 10 to be a page in the Ontario legislature, at 15 Ellen ran away from home, took drugs, lived on the streets in Toronto while her sister did time in two notorious Ontario mental hospitals. Her brother drowned while canoeing with his sisters. Their mother wasted away in social housing and died alone in the 1999. I don't know how her father passed, but Ellen has his files from the McGill experiments - he had a long history of mental breakdowns beginning as a teenager. Ellen wrote to Justice minister Anne MacLellan re: her mother's right to an ex gratia payment as a Cameron victim but never received a real response. Yes this family are classic victims living hellish lives in an unconscious uncaring society ruled by bureaucrats, psychiatrists and social workers bought and paid for by the system that allowed MKULTRA to spread across Canada. Their story speaks volumes about a country's descent into secret child abuse and mass mind control -- through the eyes of one little girl who comes to believe she has recovered by discovering a viral photo of herself online. She launches a campaign which also goes viral but ultimately fails for lack of proof that she is "the famous little girl." Now it's 2020 and she drives across Canada to the Allan Memorial, scene of the crime that destroyed her family. On her way home she picks up her sister Ruth and together they start a new phase of their lives in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia- which ends in a fatal fire, and an RCMP filing cabinet. This is a true Canadian tragedy on an epic scale, with many unanswered questions which are unlikely to come to light without a full investigation. **** Keeping track of someone who constantly lies and posts vicious slanders about you (and other people she meets) is not "stalking." It's called "paying attention" -- because, sadly, slander and libel are effective especially when done in secret I.e. through phone calls and private messages and emails, instead of in public where the slandered person might respond. The first rule of dealing with slander is "Ignore it." This doesnt work when you're being relentlessly targeted but sometimes you just have no choice. Ellen Atkin blocked me early on in her campaign, on all her channels and pages and sites. That way she could make up any kind of story and I wouldn't even be aware of it. Here and there, I got little glimpses. She invested a lot of time and energy trying to discredit me. Why? Because I had already glimpsed the truth about Ellen Atkin - that she is a sociopath with a long crooked history going back to childhood. Very likely she was born with traits that made it easy to program her in the 1960s and 70s when Ontario was a hive of projects that targeted children like Ellen and her recently deceased sister Ruth. Ellen has gone on to repeat what was done to her - abusing people she meets in the guise of helping them. Somewhere along the line she developed a belief in her own omnipotence and omniscience. She is better than everyone therefore entitled to spread lies behind people's backs, and destroy reputations at will. Whenever I responded to her crazy talk she called it stalking. In classic sociopath fashion she inverted the truth and accused me of things she had done herself. By March 2023 (when the trailer park both Atkin sisters lived in exploded in flame wars) she was making one YouTube video after another that no one watched - in most of those videos she talked about Ann Diamond, her relentless persecutor, who had ruined her claim to be "Mkultragirl". Let's be clear. All I ever did was hold her accountable for her fabrications that could potentially damage our class action lawsuit. Two forensic studies have proved Ellen Atkin is *not* the little girl in the viral online photo she used to run her campaign: basically a copyright scam that would have paid her for use of "her" image on the web. This was the brilliant plan she concocted in 2016 after she "discovered" herself in the famous photo, but it failed because she is not the same girl. Unfortunately facts never stopped Ellen Atkin. She scalped a 1949 photo from my blog and claimed it was her father, while a clip of an actress in an 1953 film is her mother. Somehow, she fooled a lot of people who should have seen through her. But not me. I had spent a week with her in 2014 and had watched her in action, systematically bullying people in a yoga centre, pretending to be someone she wasn't. From there she moved to Mission, BC where she wrecked the career of the young, popular mayor by filing fake sexual harassment charges against him. Eventually exonerated in court, he still had to resign and leave town. After Mission, she settled in Boston Bar with her disabled sister whom she tore from her home in London ON where she was part of a heavily psychiatrized community that knew her. She enticed Ruth to BC with a promise of healing her and weaning her off her meds. But there is always more to Ellen's "good deeds" -- gaining power of attorney over Ruth, Ellen also stood to take over her role as lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against St Thomas hospital where Ruth was incarcerated as a teenager. By kidnapping Ruth and isolating her out West, Ellen regained a foothold in that lawsuit where she had already made herself a major nuisance, according to Steve Smith, author of The Psychopath Machine, who complained about her bitterly to me once in an email. In fact between 2018-2020 I heard from five people who separately reported Ellen had harassed or defrauded them in various ways. All wrote to me spontaneously after reading my blog, with their own disturbing accounts of how Ellen approached them as a victim/savior and then proceeded to exploit them, steal their stories, etc. -- the same thing she accuses me of doing, without any proof. See how this works? Now that she's aggressively blaming a whole community in Boston Bar for her sister's horrific death, her crazy dynamics are played out in public for all to see. I don't have to make up stories about Ellen Atkin - her own words do that just fine. Like most criminals, she tends to repeat the same strategies over and over. Once again she's claiming victimization by a trailer park cult allied with the government that used MKULTRA mind control on her whole family. Once again she's claiming malevolent forces killed her sister and brother, and demanding justice and compensation. Strangely Ellen was present at both mysterious deaths-- she publicly claims Michael drowned "accidentally" while Ruth "committed suicide" due to "harassment" by her neighbors who took their cues from"Ann MClain" (that's me). Forget about proof - there is no proof. I never set foot there, had nothing to do with Ruth, never met her, never contacted her, never mentioned her and had no idea of the situation until two weeks after her trailer exploded in flames. Like the neighbors who are being blamed, I don't believe Ruth killed herself. People don't commit suicide by setting fire to their homes, sitting down and waiting to die. But fire destroys evidence. I know Ellen will keep doing what she does best: solicit support from naive people who have no clue about her real background and activities. Most people have never dealt with a female psychopath- but I have known several. Such women gravitate to professions like media, social services, spiritual communities where they can hide their ruthless power-seeking behavior behind a veneer of do-gooding. When I met Ellen in 2014 she spent a week driving me around, talking and interviewing me. She had no idea she was "Mkultragirl" back then, and told me a different story about how her brother died. It stuck in my mind because it was so eerie. She said "My sister and brother and I went canoeing on the lake. Only Ruth and I came back alive." She told me this story while driving and said she has a memory blank around what happened that day. Later in her fundraising she changed the story to "Michael drowned in a boating accident." Mysterious. Did MKULTRA kill her brother and sister? Maybe yes, in a way, MKULTRA and government handlers programmed this family to die. Did they also program Ellen to kill? We'll have to wait for the autopsy results, I guess, before we decide. In the meantime we can get educated on the tactics used by sociopaths before and after they've been exposed. ***** October 2025 This is Ellen Atkin's latest survivor statement which would not survive an Inquiry. https://open.substack.com/pub/ellenatkin/p/ellen-atkin-survivor-statement?utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web 1. Ellen Atkin ("MKULTRAGIRL") is not the child in the photo since another woman has produced irrefutable forensic proof that she is the little girl. 2. The caption says "1962" but was taken in 1970. It has nothing to do with the Montreal Experiments lawsuit which covers the period 1948-64. 3. The actual child victim was the daughter of parents high up in the US Air Force, and the photo was taken at Edgewood Arsenal, MD when the girl was 8 years old and in second grade. This can be proven with records and photos. 4. Ellen Atkin falsely states that this famous photo from the internet is proof that she is a "verified victim" of the Montreal Experiments yet she has never provided forensic evidence, and has never explained where this photo could have been taken or what the "Strain All Urine" sign refers to. 5. Ellen's family moved to southwestern Ontario in 1962. In 1970 she was attending elementary school with her siblings in Windsor ON. No records, no memories, nothing indicates this photo relates to a "Montreal experiment." 6. Lack of forensic proof plus no coherent timeline means Ellen's claims are baseless and would be dismissed if they ever got to court.

Comments

  1. Ellen Atkin must realize her "Strain All Urine" photo campaign is total fiction and would never be accepted as legitimate proof in a trial. She's not stupid. She keeps pushing her "verified victim" status as "Mkultragirl"with zero evidence and not even a coherent narrative..

Why? To damage the lawsuit by inserting a fraudulent claim into the mix.

Look at that self-satisfied "smile" and popeyed stare as she struggles to explain how she found all her proof on the internet. Watch David Knight's face as it dawns on him that his guest is 💯fake.

  4. I would never have bothered with Ellen Atkin if she hadn't presented such an extreme case of NPD, ASPD and BPD -- all of it dangerously focused on the SAAGA class action lawsuit. I have been told she bombarded the lawyers with personal attack letters on me and lead plaintiff Julie Gold, to a ridiculous degree that has caused them to dismiss her from the class - she may or may not know this. This is just one example of extreme behavior that borders on real insanity, always pushing the limits of what is acceptable and tolerable. In a way its fascinating, and some people claim not to notice. Which suggests that Canadian society holds many safe spaces for sociopaths. The fact that she has formed a strong negative bond with a self-described "born-again Christian" and the two of them support each other's delusional grudges, is a little concerning but at least their mouth-to-mouth conversation makes them look like two old biddies with a shared obsession, buckets for each other's toxic slime.

  7. If you dont think Ellen Atkin poses a serious threat to getting justice for survivors of government mind control, you haven't participated in as many struggles and groups as I have over a lifetime. All it takes is one bad actress/:pathological liar with shady connections and a knack for self promotion to sink a lawsuit that has taken decades to come together. Never once has Ellen not hogged the bullhorn and put herself centre stage - even in that 2014 interview which she later rebranded as a display of my toxic narcissism when it was all about the children of the Alllan Memorial.

Mad, bad and dangerous to know. And that's an understatement you shouldn't let go over your pretty little head. You are being taken for a ride like Ichabod Crane.

  8. Women with a combination of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), and Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD) exhibit a complex and often severe clinical picture, blending traits from all three conditions. This combination can result in a highly volatile presentation characterized by a mix of intense emotional dysregulation and callous, manipulative behavior.
    Key traits include:
    Emotional and Interpersonal Dynamics
Intense Emotional Instability: Experiences rapid mood swings, intense anger outbursts, and chronic feelings of emptiness, typical of BPD.
Lack of Empathy and Remorse: A pervasive lack of empathy, guilt, and remorse for hurting others, stemming from ASPD and NPD traits.
Unstable and Exploitative Relationships: Relationships are often turbulent, marked by a cycle of idealization and devaluation. They may oscillate between intense fear of abandonment (BPD trait) and emotional detachment or using others as objects for personal gain or status (NPD/ASPD traits).
Manipulation and Deceitfulness: Uses cunning and manipulative tactics to achieve goals, control others, or maintain a desired image. Manipulation can be both impulsive (BPD) and pre-planned/calculated (ASPD/NPD).
    Self-Image and Behavior
Distorted and Fragile Self-Image: Experiences an unstable sense of self (BPD) while simultaneously holding a belief in their own superiority and grandiosity (NPD/ASPD). This inflated self-esteem is often fragile and highly sensitive to criticism or perceived slights, which can trigger intense rage.
Impulsivity and Recklessness: Engages in a wide range of impulsive and often self-damaging behaviors, such as substance misuse, reckless driving, or legal issues, driven by chronic boredom and poor impulse control.
Disregard for Rules and Authority: Views rules and social norms with contempt, believing they are "above the law" and therefore exempt from following them.
Aggression and Violence: High levels of aggression, which can be expressed as verbal outbursts, physical altercations, or even sadistic behavior. This is a significant risk factor, especially with the combination of these disorders.
    Additional Manifestations
Chronic Boredom: A persistent feeling of emptiness and boredom that drives a constant search for excitement and stimulation.
Paranoid Ideation: May experience stress-related paranoia or brief episodes of dissociation (feeling unreal or detached from surroundings).
The co-occurrence of all three disorders makes for a highly complex presentation that is challenging to diagnose and treat, as core motivations (e.g., fear of abandonment vs. need for admiration/control) can seem contradictory yet exist simultaneously.

  9. BPD projection is a defense mechanism where individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) unconsciously attribute their own unacceptable or uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and impulses to another person.

  10. If she were just "mentally ill" the obvious solution would be therapy-- there are sometimes positive outcomes for BPD, and even for NPD and ASPD sufferers. But in Ellen's case, there appears to be a hand guiding her in the background, that rewards her for attacking survivors and real advocates. Her target list includes Emma , Jessie Szebotar, Carhy O'Brien, Fiona Barnett, David Shuter, Whitney Webb -- just to name a few-- basically anyone who raises their head. This is no accident, and its not just about "envy" -- it's a weaponized personality disorder that can be deployed against activists and whistleblowers to discredit them.

And there are always naive bystanders who are happy to jump on a bandwagon to satisfy their own hunger for attention, revenge or what have you.

  11. Therapy for borderline personality disorder (BPD) primarily involves psychotherapy, with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) being a leading treatment. Other effective therapies include Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy (ST). These therapies aim to help individuals develop skills for emotional regulation, improve relationships, and manage distress by addressing thought patterns and past experiences.

    Key therapies for BPD

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): This is a type of CBT specifically developed for BPD, focusing on teaching skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. It typically involves individual therapy, group skills training, and phone coaching.

Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT): This therapy helps individuals understand their own and others' mental states, such as feelings and intentions, to improve relationships and self-regulation.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT helps identify and change unhealthy thought patterns that affect behavior. It can be used to treat co-occurring conditions like depression and anxiety that are common with BPD.

Schema Therapy (ST): This therapy addresses adverse childhood experiences to help change negative thought and behavior patterns.

Family Therapy: Involving family members can help improve communication, understanding, and support for both the individual with BPD and their caregivers.

    How to access therapy

Seek professional help: Talk to a primary care provider who can make a referral to a mental health professional or a local mental health team for a specialized assessment.

  12. "I never once commented on Ann Diamond s blogs. I don't respond at all. I've written cease desist notices. Blogger removed some of her defamation and slander. Yet she demands I respond to her . She can't let go of jealous butthurt feelings. No Ann. I won't ever respond to you."

    Dear Ellen
If you dont want to engage in a normal way with your targeted victims, quit posting moronic attacks on your public pages, blocking them and pretending you did nothing to deserve a response. This is typical, classic narc behavior which has ruined your life several times over and yet you learn nothing. You must enjoy being a nuisance and laughing stock everywhere you go.

Thanks for reading my blog and answering on X like the twisted little coward you are.

  14. Until Ellen started her recent smear campaign, less than a month ago? I didnt understand the term "narcissist" or why it's used so widely as a label. I thought it referred to people with too much self-love, ot "service to self"-type go-getters. I had known a few sociopaths but had never got really close to one the way you would if you were married to one or had a narcissist parent or even roommate. We're all a bit "narcissistic" but a real deep-dyed narcissist, someone with NPD, is a special kind of creature operating outside the human world as I understand it. And that's fascinating in a way. Narcissists play by a set of unwritten rules and are driven by urges and compulsions that normal people would label "repugnant" so they hide them behind an elaborate scaffolding of fakeness. Once they target you publicly, often thanks to social media, you can observe their behavior close up in all its nakedness. Not only do social media enable their nasty behavior, they also expose the pattern in plain sight. Especially the mirror act and the fear that drives it. A stunning performance and a powerful lesson, and what i learned i cant unlearn
    Thank.you X.
